How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who contact Greyinvasion Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Report
You can write to us about:
- How Greyinvasion Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each sets its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service.
First, contact the provider directly. Keep written notes of what was said and done.
Next, tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Greyinvasion Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@greyinvasion.garden and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if known
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened, and the outcome you want
Our Next Steps
1. We confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. 2. We review the matter. This may include contacting the provider. 3. We reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us for a second review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may also be able to help.
